	PROJECT NAME Stone County Medical TYPE Damage from Tornado | PROJECT VALUE $1.7 MIL SERVICES PROVIDED A series of tornados tore through Arkansas causing widespread damage in at least 12 counties. Stone County Medical Center, in Mountain View Arkansas, experienced significant losses. CDT responded with equipment and personnel to begin emergency services within 12 hours of the event, bringing health care back to the community quickly with minimal interruptions.
	PROJECT NAME Shanker Logistics TYPE Roof/Water Damage | PROJECT VALUE $1.4 MIL SERVICES PROVIDED As Shanker Logistics was hit by a tornado, CDT was already on the road responding to the customers needs. The structure experienced a complete loss of its 50, 000 sqft roof, resulting in roof, metal deck, and structural steel replacement. Compromised gas and water lines were replaced and the interior space and inventory was affected by severe water damage requiring inventory and removal.
	PROJECT NAME Pickering Town Center TYPE Chemical Explosion | PROJECT VALUE $4.5 MIL SERVICES PROVIDED This catastrophe was the first of its kind in North America: a single industrial unit explosion which lead to damage to an additional 19 units in the complex. The project was an environmentally controlled complete tear down and rebuild of the affected units and involved coordinating with the Ministry of Labor, Ministry of the Environment, TSSA, ESA , Fire Marshalls Office, and The Mayor of Pickering.
	PROJECT NAME University of Georgia TYPE Fire/Water/Documents | PROJECT VALUE $15 MIL SERVICES PROVIDED This project was a 7 - story university library. The fire originated on the second floor with damage affecting all of the remaining floors. Cleaning and cataloging of all books was required and moisture monitoring was incorporated. Ambient control was essential with the use of desiccant dehumidifiers and chillers to control residual losses.
	PROJECT NAME Courtyard Marriott TYPE Hurricane | PROJECT VALUE $3.5 MIL SERVICES PROVIDED CDT International staff arrived at the Houston Marriott Hobby in anticipation of Hurricane Ike. The pre-landfall work meant that within a few hours of the hurricane’s passing the entire 10 story hotel and conference center was receiving generator power. This proactive response allowed the facility to be back at nearly full occupancy in only a few short days.
	PROJECT NAME University of Houston TYPE Flood | PROJECT VALUE $.369 MIL SERVICES PROVIDED When the devastation of a hurricane struck the University of Houston, CDT got the call. The building, housing office, classroom and library facilities required 24,000 CFM of desiccant drying equipment, air movers, fuel, generator power, labor and moisture mapping. Environmental stabilization was supplied during the mitigation process and facilities were quickly returned to operational.
	PROJECT NAME Ingram Micro TYPE Ethylene Glycol | PROJECT VALUE $1.6 MIL SERVICES PROVIDED 20 000 gallons of glycol and water penetrated all 5 floors of the 100 000 sqft Ingram Micro office building. The ensuing stack of 25 partial skill vendors was eventually replaced by CDT International who were able to provide complete services. Project tasks included IT cable and conduit drying, interior removal, drying, remediation, and asset inventory, all while ensuring complete security.
